Our company specialises within the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland and offers a full property management, rental collection service.
A tenant selection process and credit check is standard procedure. Once the property is occupied, rents are collected (in advance) and dispersed monthly to owners/landlords.
Quarterly or six monthly inspections are completed and owners are sent a full report.
